Is this legal or financial advice?
No. It is a practical, plain-English checklist built from your documents and public guidance (for example HDB's renovation rules). It does not tell you which contractor to hire, does not assess anyone's licence status for you, and does not replace a lawyer. You decide.
Do you contact my contractors?
No. We never contact them. You get questions you can send yourself.
Do you only do HDB flats?
HDB flats, condos and landed homes, any scope from one room to a full renovation. Permit notes are most detailed for HDB flats.
What if my quote is handwritten or a photo?
Clear photos are fine. If a page is unreadable we email you and wait for a better copy before the 24 hours start.
Who reads my quotations?
The report is prepared with software assistance and reviewed before delivery. Your files are used only for your report and deleted 90 days after delivery. See privacy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If we miss the 24-hour window or you are not happy with the report, write to us within 14 days and we refund in full. Details.
